The service

Animated Emote Maker turns pictures you upload, or a short brief, into a character and generates images of it with an AI model (emotes, avatars, badges, stickers and similar). Files are sliced, resized and checked against platform limits in your browser. We are not affiliated with Twitch, Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram, 7TV or BetterTTV, and passing our checks does not guarantee a platform will accept a file.

Your uploads are your responsibility

• Upload only pictures you own or have permission to use.
• Do not upload another real person’s likeness without their consent.
• Do not upload or request copyrighted characters, trademarks or logos you don’t own.
• No sexual content, content involving minors, hate, harassment, or anything illegal. We may refuse, remove or suspend.

Who owns the results

You do. To the extent we hold any rights in images generated for your character, we assign them to you, including commercial use (merch, channel branding, sticker packs, client work), provided your uploads were yours to use. We keep the right to display characters you choose to share publicly on their public page, in /examples and in our own promotion of the service; turn sharing off to stop that. AI output may resemble existing works by accident; you’re responsible for checking before registering a trademark.

Credits and payments

Generations cost credits; prices are shown before you start. Credits from packs never expire. Trending Emotes plan credits expire at the end of each paid month. Failed generations return their credits automatically. Refunds are described on the refunds page. Up to 5 purchases per account per day.

No warranty

AI results vary and can contain mistakes (extra fingers, misspelled words, drift from your character). The service is provided as is, without warranties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before a claim. We may change these terms; material changes are announced on this page with a new date.
